IMG_2499.jpg I've owned this car for over 10 years now and bought it from the original owners who originally built it for the track. It's brought me a lot of good memories and has never left me stranded. It's always been garage kept its whole life. The husband /wife team that build this car only enjoyed it for a couple years. They were running a 10.5 in the 1/4 mile with a 502 crate motor in it! I bought it from them without the motor and put my own 396 in it and it still turned a 11.5 sec 1/4 mile! But I wanted to make it street legal so I wired up some brake & headlights, rearview mirror and the white wall tires on it.

    A few details:

Titled in Tennessee as a 1927 Model T Ford Roadster.
Beefy custom built frame that is Z'd in the front.
Slightly channeled fiberglass body, doors do not open.
It has a Big Block Chevy 396ci motor bored either .030 or .040 making it a 402ci)
    2 speed Powerglide trans
Ford 9 inch rear end with 4:56 gears (spool)
Disk brakes in the front, drums in back
Headlights & brake lights, rear view mirror to keep it street legal (you'll have to use hand & arm signals for turns!)
It has a 10 gallon tank in the back and 5 gallon pony tank in the front. I've been running 93 octane with no Ethanol.

This has been my go-to car for YEARS. She always fires up and ready to go for a drive around town [IMG]:) The poor thing only gets driven 3 times out of the year for the past 10 years because of my overseas deployments. So with that it just needs a jump start at first but then it has a strong alternator that charges back the Optima battery just fine.

    Engine has no leaks.
Transmission has a little drip from sitting 90 days at a time.
    Rear end has no leaks.

The engine was rebuilt about 10 years ago, however the whole car MAYBE HAS 2000 - 3000 miles on it TOTAL.

There is NOTHING that can beat this car from stop light to stop light!!

    Asking $13,900 for it.

The only reason I am selling this is because I have 2 other Hot Rods and an 84 Chevy 4x4 that's been sitting waiting on me to put back together. 4 cars in a 2 car garage is tight! Lol

    I live in Clarksville, TN
