    Hi
I have spotted some 1966 f100 wheels for sale, I think they will fit a Model A but I have an AR which has different wheels to the A. Does anyone know if they will fit?

The bolt pattern is the same. I just sold some AR wheels and there is only a slight difference to the shape of the hub from other Model A wheels. Surely you are not going to use the old mechanical brake hubs long term anyway are you?

    Thanks
I had in mind rebuilding the mechanical brake and using Flathead Teds floating brake system, which apparently makes the mech brakes work as good as hydraulic.

Just check back about 4 weeks ago there was a similar question about the differences on AR and usual model A wheels.
The change was to do wit a ebrake mod done by Ford, which changes slightly the center shape of the wheel, nothing that could not be fixed by spacing etc.
I guess the real test will be a test fit.
    Take a search back.
