Barn find in 2008, 1928 Ford Roadster. Circa 1960's hotrod, stored in a shed until 2008. The roadster was wrecked in the 60's, left in the weeds by the barn for many years. Was pulled out and rebuilt as a gasser in the 80's and then put in a shed, minus engine and trans. ALL STEEL BODY. Total disassembly and rebuilt from frame up, keeping to the 60's style. This is a "Bare Bones, 60's hotrod". Not a show car, by any means, just lot's of power in a light body. New Super Bell dropped front axle and hairpins. New backing plates, drums and shoes. Dual Hydraulic Master cylinder. New Vega steering box. Rebuilt Chevy 350 with roller lifters, rockers and timing chain. New Cam, intake and Edlebrock carb. New steelie wheels and Coker wide whites. New dual exhaust. Rebuilt Turbo 350 trans. 1972 Ford 9" differential. No rust in body. Aluminum gas tank in rumble seat. Car runs great. Losing garage space so need to lighten the load.
