    Hi All,

I'm looking at a 29 Ford Coupe with 48 Mercury Flathead. 239ci. I'm wondering if the car will still be fun to cruise with. Its making about 120 Hsp. Factory is 90-100 Hsp. Wondering from the other guys with these if 120 Hsp. is pretty average short of spending a pile of extra cash.? The videos on You Tube show most of the cars are pretty quick. Motor has Offenhouser aftermarket heads, aluminum intake with 3 2 Barrel Stromberg 97's. The two outside carbs are just for looks and are blocked off. Has headers. Everything else is pretty stock. Car has a C4 Ford transmission. Let me know if I should go for it. Let me hear you opinions. Car is a traditional build. Thank You. View attachment 4181218

like it... it has a '30 - '31 visor, I like it much better...
chrome garnish is a big plus with me...
    needs raingutters though...
also like the blacked out club plaque and edress, keeping the too curious rodders at bay...

Good looking ride, & yes, it will "keep up with traffic"(as long as you keep it tuned-up & put gas in the tank!) If it was what I wanted, & within my price range(or even a bit more! LOL), I'd "pull the trigger"!
