I am not sure if this fits under the redefined hot rods category, but it is a hopped up and modified early Ford. So Mods please feel free to move it where you see fit.

I was intrigued and instantly enamoured of this 1929 Model A Racer which was parked at the Milwaukee Mile during the Millers at Milwaukee event this past July. I would urge anyone who is interested in historic race cars to attend this meet - one of the most memorable events I have been to in many years. Anyway I wanted to find out if anyone can shed light on this hot little number?

Yeah I thought it was a bit of a shame too, but still a beautiful car!

...and alternator. Other than those two small parts, heck yeah!!

  8. I know, two turds in a really nice punch bowl. I wonder how fast it is?

  9. My! An alternator and an electric fan. Why, it wouldn't surprise me if those Philistines even pressurized the oil system. Probably one of those Secrets of Speed Society hoodlums.

Unfortunately not - only the one hood side was open every time I saw it....
