Decent body only needing a few small patches, nice fenders, new running boards. Rebuilt 8ba with offy heads/intake, headers to fill exhaust, Rebuilt 39 trans, ‘40 Brakes are all new, wheels cylinders/shoes/bearings. Boxed a frame with 32 k member, dropped 33-36 front axle, new kingpins, houdaille shocks with new links, vega steering, new column, rear end gone through, old chrome dash rail and dash, pedals are in it, 17” 34 wire wheels, few boxes of misc small parts/new latches/handles/ etc etc. could be a driver with a weeks work. Has a clear title as well. $8,800 located in Escondido Ca, would also consider selling without engine for less.
