I bought this Whippet coupe about a month ago and was wondering if anyone knows if I can use the stock Whippet front spindles and just add different or newer drums or discs to them?

    Try this link. http://www.astbearings.com/catalog.html?cid=tapered_roller_inch
I turned down my 1930 willys spindles to accept some different bearings. I ended up using a ford ranger hub. I believe Mustang,Maverick, comet, falcon, ranger, etc are in the right ballpark. The outer bearing was stock for the hub I used.
It might take some research but if you use that link and try some others you should be able to find something.

P.S. Another time saver is to use the websites of auto suppliers. They often list the id and od of bearings on their website.
