1930 Ford Roadster Pickup (1940s Hot Rod Style Banner Project) North Carolina ***led in my name (numbers on the frame match ***le, but they are stamped on top of the frame under the body) If you live in a state that checks, you will have to lift the body. (I did) The ***le is stamped (Inoperable vehicle) because I had to lift the body so they could read the vin number and never got the car back road worthy (lights est.) to have them reinspect for plates. Main body and fenders are FIBERGL***. Box is a new repo. (1932 B motor) Runs, I have driven it around the farm only. I have no history on it. If it was rebuilt or whatever. Body – Fibergl*** with steel reinforcement (seems to be a pretty good one). Paint (Rose Beige) is just for color check and not final. Body will need more prep for final paint or leave it for the hot rod look. Grill shell is a 1931 just because I like the looks better. Motor – 1932 B motor (Diamond Block) with two Stromberg 81 carburetors (rebuilt last year), thomas head and a header. Had the carburetors rebuilt and the electric converted to 12 volts by a mechanic, but has just been setting. Gas tank needs cleaned and maybe sealed. (rusty inside) Transmission – Stock – Seams to work fine, but I have no history on it. If it was rebuilt or whatever. Ch***is – Stock Model A – Clean Tires (You Pick) – Model A wires with tires that need replaced. ( OR ) 16” wires and Excelsior racing tires. Fronts 5.50 -16 and rears are 7.50 - 16. ( Pick one or the other ) ( Will NOT SHIP BOTH ) Needs lights wired ( have new ones for rear). Gas tank cleaned and a electric fuel pump ( currently running on the stock model A gravity ) Maybe a muffler. Misc. And your personal touch. I was going to lower this truck and add some padding, upholstery to the seat ( currently springs with no padding ) AND JUST DRIVE IT. Hear it run on YouTube This project has set around in my barn to long and needs to be finished and used. No Trades. No Warranty (As is). You pay shipping. 414-801-8880
