That's a good number. Go to DMV and just transfer it to you.

I just finished my coupe build (well, it's never finished) and I went with a Brookville frame. It made life so much easier. If you have the funds I would go that route. Check out my build thread and feel free to ask any questions along the way. I'm happy to help and good luck.

if you have 90% of the original parts use 'em. build a hopped up banger, juice brakes, dropped axle, t spring. the cheapest and coolest way to go.

Is the 9" Ford out of a lincoln a good choice for this build. I found 2 fairly close to me 1 is drum the other is disc , both lincolns and 63" drum to drum faces. $200 and less

if you're gonna run a v8 then a 9" will be great, if your gonna build a banger run a banjo. you could run your stock rear with juice drums. it's a light car drum/drum works great. 40ish juice stuff is what to look for.

Well made some progress today , had a very good friend come down from Bloomington Illinois this morning 7am we started and ended around 7:30pm.

We got the 31 chopped 4"s It went as planned and was a very good day . It was a 1st for both of us . I still need to do finish welds and pie cuts here and there . But i think its very cool now . Gave this ol rod character. Here is a couple pics , please feel free to throw in ideas or suggestions for the details in finishing this chop up. If you have pics or leads to threads please do submit them to this thread .
