Technical 1930 model a with a 8ba clutch linkage

have installed an 8ba in my 1930 model a. am using 1936 pedels mounted on frame with lever on clutch release shaft. 1939 ford transmission , i cant get the clutch to release. what am i doing wrong. even with no play in the pedle it wount release. new disk with 9 pressure plate

 

Is it just not rotating the shaft far enough? If you rotate it more, will the clutch release?
