I saw this sedan several months ago and it caught my eye. After some haggling with the wife, I ended up buying it. Some friends of mine drug it down from IL. and delivered to my house Tuesday at two in the morning. It was like Christmas when we rolled it out of the trailer. Its a 30 Sedan on 32 rails. The motor is a 64 Buick 401 Nailhead. It has a brand new Ford 9" with posi. I'm pretty excited about this. This is a huge project for me, and I am way over my head on this one. But with the help of some local buddies, I have know doubt that it will be running soon.

Piece of cake. Hang around here a while and you'll get all your questions answered. First, lay out a plan of how you want to build it and follow the plan. There's plenty of help in Austin. Good luck!

  3. Too bad you're so far away from the action... I don't think there are any hot rodders in Austin.

Only 289 days til the Roundup.

Looks like all the hard stuff is done. Lots of guys on this site have Model A highboys on 32 frames. They make a great rod. Use the search feature to find the answers to your questions and if you can't find the answers just post a thread. Good luck with your project.

You are half way there man! great score! I agree w/ Big A... (well, sort a) You should not be short on help 'round them there parts. If it makes you feel better, my '29 sedan still has rust on it, needs rotted wood romoved. I need to finish my engin (friday night) then we have to make engin and trans mounts. After that, we can put the body on the frame. Oh yeah, I forgot.... I have to re-assemble the entire front end befor the motor gets done... LOL...

How are you looking now???? Your still W A Y ahead of me and I'm diggin what you have so far!!!
