Customs 1931 Hood Bumpers

Is this the correct component for the hood that mount in the four hole location on the bottom of the hood?

 

looks correct to me. two round bumpers, one for each side go on a bracket that sits on the hood shelf for the hood to bump against. the others go on the hood under the tab that the hood latches catch when closed. with all the bumpers in place and the hood latch it locks the hood down securely without any rattles.
