Can anyone tell me the mounting differences between a 1931 A' headlight bar and a 1932 B' headlight bar? There are some really great deals right now on dropped stainless 32 head light bars - and I like the way they look, more so than the 1931 style dropped bars, but I have no way of knowing if they will fit on my 31 A, or for that matter.... how much of a problem is there in trying to mount one to my 31 fenders & braces? Thanks !

  3. Only difference i myself am aware of is that a '32 bar will have oval shaped mounting holes, the '31 bar has a square hole.

1930-31 top flange to flange 43
Bottom flange to flange 38 3/4
1932 top flage to flange 42
Bottom flsnge to flange 37 1/2

And do not buy a Vintique headlight bar for neither year unless you do not mind the headlights seting Crooked ( check brand befor you buy )
Good quality one is around $200

The 1932 Ford V8 & B headlight bar measures about one inch shorter than the Model A if my memory is working correctly today. HRP
