    Hey thanks guys.

I have it at the body shop and they got it all in primer today. I was planning on driving it in black epoxy. But somehow this happened.

A few hours of block sanding will be needed.

It's all painted. Black fenders and splash aprons, 1984 Chevy pick up dark blue with no metallic on the rest.

The 32 that stopped by got me thinking I have too many parts I'm putting back on. But they have been bought worked on and paid for.

    The age old question, Fenders?

The taillight stands are cast aluminum copies of 33 Chevy units that required a few hours of shaping to fit the fenders.

I drilled thru the new paint today to mount the 34 ford cowl lights. I would have used the stock Chevy units but a big price difference made me use the fords.

Here's a picture of the shaping of the taillight stands.

    Stock 32 on top.

    Cast alum 33 in middle.

    Stock 33 on bottom.

The dash was modified to use a 34 Chevy inst cluster that was turned upside down then the gauges were flipped.

I used 1/8" plywood over the roof slats. It fit the curves great. I'll use high density foam and GM vinyl top material to cover it

I worked in putting Tuesday top insert in today. 1/8" hi density foam attached with contact cement to the plywood the GM vinyl top material over that.

I got the top done. I think I'm going to paint the aluminum Trim Black.

It's hard to tell in the picture but the gl*** is blue. I have to take it out and do a little sanding before sending it to get tempered.

The windshield is being made of green because I was unable to find blue laminate. I held some pieces up and it is really unnoticeable. I was concerned it would look goofy but the blue just makes the green look clear.

Wish it was done and in Austin!

This is what a narrowed dodge minivan seat looks like that has 59 olds and 57 Chevy vinyl.

Can't wait to rest my *** on it going down the highway..

I got all the gl*** in. Green for the windshield and tempered blue for the rest.

I'm making backing for the upholstery, these pieces are made of aluminum. The door panels are made of 1/8" plywood.

The garnish moldings were ceramic coated.
