I bought a 32 5 window coupe body. It was chopped long ago, like in the 50's. I am trying to figure out exactly how much was chopped. Can someone with the info give me a reference dimension from stock, say a window height or windshield height so I can measure mine. thanks
According to the Restorers Guide a measurement from the top of the lower reveal on the cowl (immediately ahead of the door) to a level line across the crown of the top is 48 1/2".
Mine is bone stock. The center of the door opening is right at 13". The small side windows, measure 12 7/8 right in the middle of the opening and 13" at the tallest point. The tops of the small side windows are a bit angled.
I just went and measured my '32. 13" on the side window openings, 9" for the rear and the windshield frame is 12.5" in the center.
