they are listed forsale in Hemmings under 1932 ford cars. one is a lakes roadster from the 40's , the other a 5 window "built" in the late 50's. the 5 window has a long ad, no pictures. anyone seen these cars or know anything about them?
What's the phone number? You can reverse Google it. Are you seriously considering a 50 year old rod for $150K?
Maybe it is your old ' friend ' with all the 40 Fords ... he likes trying to sell stuff in Hemmings with NO pictures.
I know he is NOT a friend to either of us. He almost always has his overpriced, over represented JUNK advertised as nice stuff ... in Hemmings. Then he meets you at a service station so you won't know where he lives. One of these days ... someone is going to hurt him ... REAL BAD .
Haven't read the Hemmings ad, but would guess it is Kirk White. If it is the black '32 that he hat at Hershey in the 1990's along with the Ray Brown #99 it is a very nice car. The Ray Brown car had it beat by a mile in the looks department IMO.
Karma is a BITCH ... My dear old Dad told me many years ago ... What goes around , comes around I guess his chickens came home to ROOST ...
I didn't find this car in Hemming's on-line ads, but there are four Deuces with price tags over $115K. You could buy 3 or 4 really nice Model A's for that.
If it's any help when I look it up it says Quakertown, Pa. I also ran it a different way and came up with a Norm at 37 Hillcrest Blvd, Warren N.J. that is looking for a 40 or 41 Lincoln Continental Cabriolet that is show worthy.
Its not Kirk White, he is from Florida and he usually takes a quarter page for his ad and goes on and on about what he is selling. Go to page 252 in the "Street Rod & Customs" section in Hemmings to see the pics of both cars. The phone number (215-804-XXXX) is a land line that is unlisted/unpublished in Quakertown, NJ. Sounds like a dealer to me.
That strange that 215 is coming up in N.J. Both Warren and Quakertown NJ. are 809 Quakertown Pa. is 215-804-XXXX
