Hot Rods 1932 Radiator to 1946 Flathead

Working on my '32 Roadster...

I have the '32 Radiator, where the upper hose connections angle downward.
I have the '46 Flathead, where the upper hose connections are in the center of each head.

What flavor of upper hose do I need or this application?
Or, is it a couple of short elbow hoses and straight pipe in the center?
