   Thinking of hiding an all black Lokar shifter under this… Here’s my question’s.
   
   1- What is the inside dimensions?
   2- Which way does the rectangle bump out point? Does it face forward or back?
   3- Trim ring, I don’t see any available. Did this style boot use one?
