  1. Déjà Vu Days …

I had been here before many years ago
to pick up or drop off - today was to pick
up this 1933 Dodge Survivor that was bought
new by a Grandfather during the Depression
and passed to his son (now in his 80’s).

The son took it down to the frame and
started a rebuild many years ago - then
primered the body after minor sheet metal
repairs - now I am taking it to the third
generation in a small Idaho town that will
complete the project and put it back on
    the road again …

My YouTube video is here …

I have to return to pick up a full trailer
of remaining original parts and powertrain
    components …

These are my favorite hauls …

  3. Not quite a hundred years, but more than 90.

  4. Thanks for sharing the story, and your video. I've had my Dodge Delivery since 1978. I too can trace it's history back to when it was new. It was sold as an ambulance in 1934 at Covington Virginia. Built as an Hot Rod, and also drag raced up, and down the east coast during the 60's. I first saw it as a kid, and kept up with it. I then bought it in 1978. I was only in my early 20's. It's a keeper. 1st phot is from 1980? 2nd photo is now. Ron.... 060.jpg 151.jpeg
