Hot Rods 1933 Ford 5 window Worth ??

Got a lead on a 33 Ford 5 window steel body coupe. All steel body is supposedly rust free . Was started to hot rod about 20 yrs ago. boxed frame,chevy rear, 327, turbo 350 and a bunch of parts. Not sure exactly what. Ok so what's it worth if it is what he says it is?

A nice straight 33-34 5W complete with all inside door and window mouldings, a decent windshield frame, a nice grille, hood, fenders and runningboards, gas tank cover, bumpers and brackets...ya know pretty complete. I'm thinking it could go as high as $15-18K. Add a matching title to that and maybe $20K.

On the other hand, a body with no doors, decklid, mouldings sitting on a 70s built frame waiting for all the expensive stuff to be found is probably a $2500-5K piece.
