Im thinking of buying a new aluminum radiator for my truck, I have 2 original radiators that I could have recorded. These are for the non v8 models. Any feed back would be great. Thanks

What motor type? because the 4 cyl has lower hose in good place for my early Olds motor, but wrong for SBC.

I run the stock 32 4 one in mine. It was plugged up, but good now after home remedy flush.

Look at the brass tanks after cleaning them with Scotch-brite. Look real close for very tiny! random age cracks

One of mine came from dry, hotter Kansas barn loft, and had weeping through tank cracks after sitting on car a week, with just water during the build. Second one is cherry and I don't now why, because it was in a Massachusetts farmyard/woods on a truck outdoors for decades.

last thing, if you mocked up your build with stock core and the fan is real close? the repro radiators are usually thicker!

I've bought these for 6 of my trucks, basic radiator for good price, similar to a Champion CC3032 ... you can get them for ford or chevy engines ... depends on what side your water pump lets out ... they also have them for the flathead for a little more money. Kept all my v8 engines running cool even at an idle and they fit nicely in the 33-34 shells, you will just need to make some brackets to mount to the 4 tabs on the radiator. Nice radiator for 129 bucks with no tax and free shipping. I copied and pasted the latest one I bought on ebay last month, but there are many sellers on ebay selling the same ones. dimensions are at the bottom of the page ... prices vary greatly so refine your search by price ...hope that helps ... 5. Aluminum radiators are a cheap alternative to copper/brass but wont give you the years of service like the traditional radiators. HRP
