    great find James cool piece of history for sure -my 40 willys pickup ran there mid 60,s class winner out of Baytown I still have ....I remember ole poptop-- think he was building motors on the westbank from what I remembered, also whats the last year it ran , I got pics of LIL Porky willys from Houma early to mid 70,s I ran there mid 70s til closing of Laplace. will blow it pass boogie I was with him last week , also glen cupit & his brother Robbie is trying to redo his 41 willys . they were there during that early time-thanks for the the shots -rock
