I came across a s****ped 1934 Ford front and rear crossmember that has been cut in half. Are either of these pieces any good or should they be s****ped? The cuts are clean through the middle of each.
As long as they are aligned properly & supported during the weld, any competent welder should have no problem restoring them to being useable. Were you given any reason why they were s****ped?
Where are you? I'm in Lethbridge and if you are in the neighborhood, I have '34 rear crossmember I could give you.
