    Hey guys~
Does anyone have a schematic or photo of the 1934 Ford e-brake cable and hardware that attaches to the e-brake handle rod and the cable loop that goes to the rear brake drums? I can't find a source for buying these parts. Does anyone know of a source(s)?
Thanks for your help ! !

  2. E-brake cable? I thought they were rods. I think we are at a disadvantage here not knowing what you are working with. Do you have a stock rear end you have converted to early Ford hydraulics? If so you might try Richard Lacy at earlyv8@aol.com (mail), earlyv8garage.net (web site), (626) 338-2282, (855) 268-0325 as if I remember correctly he has something to use with his hydraulic brake conversions. Hope to hear back from you with more information.

Ford used solid rods thru 1936 and switched to cables in 1937. As Charlie Stephens said, Richard Lacy is the guy who has it all figured out and sells a kit.

I used Richard Lacy's kit on the 34 X-member in my 32, with early Ford rear brakes.
    He's the best!
