There is no difference in 3w or other p***enger cars. But there is a difference between 33 and 34.

Steve's Auto Restoration sells a nice new header panel for 34' cars.

The easiest way to tell the 33 & 34 apart is that the 34's have a notch on the rounded top corners/ends. The 33's are just rounded (I think I got that right?). Off the top of my head I don't remember if there are other differences or if there is anything keeping you from switching them around, other than needing the notches. The 34's had a steel inner structure and the 33 was wood. I ***ume this was the cause of any differences in the cover.

    Pete,
I ask this same question several years ago and never really seemed to get a for sure answer, However Since then I have bought and sold and had my hands on many 33-34 fords. I paid up for a really nice 33 3 window header panel, And seen the car it was removed from. And I can not find any differences in it and the 33 fordor one I had. I do know for sure that 33 and 34 are different. As mentioned above 33 is rounded and 34 is kinda squared off on the ends. I can take some pics of my 33 3 window original header panel if you would like, But I have already sold off all the extras and 34's I had laying around to compare it with.
