Projects 1934 Ford Roadster

    That's one of my favorite, if not my favorite, 34 roadster I've come across. That banger black coupe you had a few years ago was another favorite.

    LOL Yes, the 33-34 Fords drip Art Deco everywhere you look! (I'm pretty sure that the guy who designed the 33-34 Fords was named Edsel, but I could be wrong.) IMHO automotive designers have been trying to improve on the lines of these beauties for the last 90 years and counting, but so far with little or no success. As for the suicide doors, in order to eliminate them, the leading edge of the door would most likely need to be made verticle, and in my opinion that would eliminate one of the car's more visually appealing traits.

    agreed... but i want the overall look and can live with the door being more like an A...
    had mine open once, took 2 weeks to get it to close... my opinion...
