Does anyone have any pics of 35/36 Ford roadster hotrods? I've seen them street rodded and I've seen them original but you don't see very many as a traditional hotrod......got any?

How come you don't see these as much; harder to find, don't look as good, etc.?

Here's a 36. I don't know what the rims are but it has traditional appeal with the skirts on it. I'd prefer an original grille, however. But, I know it's a custom....

The one is a cabriolet but it looks good!

Here's Eric Perkins' '36 from the Northwest (Idaho?) -- Peter Vincent photo.
There's also a neat '35 roadster up there, maroon with a deeply chopped top, that's been a hot rod for decades. Sorry I don't have a picture of it in the computer.

quite possibly, the lack of custom 35/36 cabriolets is due in part to the depression .....low production numbers for luxery vehicles. joe shmoe probably wasnt interested in dropping coin on a convertable.

could be where you live... i see them, not often... coupes are a lot more common. they are deffinately out there

  14. A while back there was that SWEET, very traditional, 35/36 roadster in the cl***ifieds...

It's a little different, but here's one i found on ebay.

though i'm partial to fenders on the 35-36's, this does look cool .
