    My first paintjob in progress. A good friend loaned me his shop as well as the expertise of he and his dad. His 15 yr old son is helping me too. I am embar***ed that a 15 yr old kid is more adept with body work than myself, but I am having a ball. Here are a few photos...

    Painting it gunmetal gray metallic, one of the Flatz colors.

    A few more photos of the process. Really diggin the paint. It looks like primer gray until you get within a few feet, then the metallic jumps out.

  5. The HR Flatz gunmetal is nice...thought about doing my 37 binder that way with glossy black fenders to set it off...

    Don't beat yourself up on the first paint job! From the pictures it looks great. Really has changed the truck for the better.
