Here's some shots of the chopping of a sedan I'm currently doing for a client at his shop. The first days work was building the braces, measuring and taping the cut lines. I'll be posting those pics later cause I forgot my camera the first day and the client used his. So here's the shots of the second day of work.
Ha! I see that you might be recessing the firewall from the marks that you drew out. Any way I could talk you out of the front face of that firewall so I can repair my own???? Looks like good work!
These are shots from the third day of the build. The car has got a 350 and a 350 turbo trans. It is chopped 3 inches and will have a 34 truck grill. It will be lowered all around once the motor and trans are installed. Probably about 3 inches in the rear. Those flames are not my work!
Here are more pics of the build on the fourth day.The p***enger door is pretty rough but I think they want me to "fix" it. We'll see! Doesn't matter to me.
Cool!! Thanks alot Chaddilac. I think you may have saved the build. I don't know if I would have thought about that drip rail thingy! Is that on the bottom or the top of the door?: I hope I can figure it all out. Joke with ya later!
