SOLD SOLDBought this 35 Ford 4-door sedan 4 weeks ago, have been working on putting it back together. Thought someone might want it as-is? Here is the history...former owner bought it 1990 as running original with flathead. He drove it home and took it apart to make a hot rod. It was running and driving in 1999 when he took the fenders off and the engine out to paint it (no doubt his first paint job!) It didnt turn out very well (streaks and lots of orange peel) so he let it sit until I bought it 4 weeks ago. It has a real solid body with good floors, all steel fenders, good running boards, original bumpers, complete hood, good grill, inner fenders, all window garnish, nice w/s frame, original seats, original headlights, original dash and header panel. It has a pro-built 350 Chevy engine (5K milage)built by a good local machine shop, bored .030, nice heads, aluminum intake, Mallory Uni-lite, Wolverine cam, headers, water pump riser with new pump. It has a rebuilt turbo 350 tranny with Lokar shifter, Has Walker radiator, older Fat-man Mustang II front with disc brakes and rack-n-pinion, 9" Ford rear on parallel leaves, new brakes on rear. Has GM tilt column and nice firewall with recess for distributor. Frame has had a couple weld repairs, but is solid and mostly stock appearing. Wiring was poorly done so I removed it all except for nice aftermarket fuse box. Have all glass. Outside door handles have been removed. My plan is to put engine back in and get it yard-drivable. It has brakes and steering now. I cannot think of one piece that I do not have for this car. I will continue to work on the car and the more I do to it the higher the price will be. Has good current Indiana title. Was asking $6000 when it was all part...now at $6800. Have driven it in the yard! PM me or call me at 574-340-3686 in Indiana
still working on it and still for sale. Engine runs, tranny tunnel and toe boards are in, drivers side running board and front fender are on. Could yard drive it if I had a gas pedal!
Drove it in the yard Friday. Ready to sell it or trade it as-is...or will keep working on it if I have to?
