I posted about this 36 coupe about 2 years ago. Long story short, the ole' fella wanted WAAAAAY too much for it. Well, last weekend a local hot rodder said he came down on his price and a buddy of our's went and got it immediately. If I remember correctly, the ole' guy told me he bought it from his sister and parked it in there around 59-61. It has lived through several wars and several floods (as evidence by the dirt line inside the headlight lens). Anyway, I'm glad this guy got it. He a great guy and will save it from becoming dust.......
I'm the first to complain about the price of something but's tough to say that any price for a 36 is too much. Lucky guy.
yeah, that's what grandpa and i always say "it's a 36 ford, how many can say that?" the pics do it real justice.....the frame is REALLY bad.....but, you can find frames.....it pretty much all there and that helps a lot!
That 350 is ALMOST a very valuable peice of gear..and it even has the groovy gold metalflake helmet. http://www.realcl***ic.co.uk/honda05012100.html
Seems like a lot of barn find lately, I need to start hitting up the farms and backwoods garages to see what I can find.
