Need some advice on my IH C1. Emergancy brake rod that controls cables to rear wheels. P***enger side or ( right side) bar has a spring at the end. My question . Does the far right dog ear that the cable fits in supposed to float or should it be solid like the other two. I can take pictures if that would help.
