It's nice to see variety. One would think every 36 3 window is a tail dragger and every 55 Chevy is g***er these days.

I'm coming up with all sorts of mismatched info. The heads matched up as a 52-53 303 but the block was coming up blank.

Definitely going to need a starter switch plate adapter to get that starter on the other side otherwise you'll have trouble fitting things like steering and exhaust on the drivers side.

    Should have known....

So is this one getting built first or are you still hunting a roadster to build? I tried to trade my body away from a roadster cowl and doors the other day since I'm having roadster fever as well, but it didn't go through. I'm ok with that.

It's been almost two years since I've traded anything. I'm kinda proud of myself!

I cannot say which one I will build first, probably the 36 at this point. One thing I can say for sure is I will be keeping this 36. There is nothing I do not love about a 36 ford. Since I was a kid I always wanted a swoopy fendered coupe from the 30's.

I think if I still had that 33 I would chop it more and be happy. I like a 32 5 window, but something about a 32 roadster with a 3" chopped windshield and a bob top has me unable to think about anything else.

If the current deal I have going to sell the 32 falls through, I might put the body together and then sell it. The problem is the doors are really, really nice and the body needs to be built chopped because it is rough. I would hate to cut those doors unless I am building it for myself. I like a 32 5 window, but something about a 32 roadster with a 3" chopped windshield and a bob top has me unable to think about anything else.

See I think a 32 5w is just about the prettiest car ford ever came out with. They are my most favorite hot rod ever bar none. However, it's just so damn nice weather wise down here I cannot believe that I have all coupes!!! That's kinda why I've been feeling the roadster thing.

Yeah don't get rid of the '36. It's going to be killer and you'll be super happy to have built it. I'm chomping at the bit to get my brakes finished so I can finally drive my '35 and it's a ****ty 5w ;) haha!!! They're nice every day cars I think where the '33 is going to be chopped again, and be very bare bones so that's not one I'll take my wife out on a date with.

I like '36 coupes as hot rods or customs, as long as they are styled faithfully after the ones built in the 30's 40's and 50's.

I hope you choose to build this one first.
