Anyone ever add pwr. steering to an otherwise stock 37 truck, buddies wife tired of the stock armstrong model. What works well and easy? Thanks

I did a 37 about 15 years ago. I used a 70s Chevy truck box that mounts to the outside of the frame way up front, and fabricated a crossover style draglink similar to what a 4 wheel drive would use. On the p***enger side I used a tie rod end with a tapered mounting hole in the middle of it to hook up the draglink. The tie rod is available from Speedway. It really wasn't a lot of work, and worked fairly well. Sorry I don't have any pics available.
