SOLD SOLD SOLD - 1937 Ford Deluxe Model 78 Club Cabriolet for sale. This is an extremely nice, rust-free car inside and out. We drive it often and it's proven to be very reliable. Here's a few details: Washington Blue - all steel body and fenders. Has the original, matching hood sides, I prefer the look without them. Wide white Firestone bias ply tires - whitewalls turned to the inside. 1940 239 CI flathead with Edelbrock heads and reproduction Edelbrock slingshot manifold. New twin Stromberg carburetors (not the Chinese junk) with 2 X 2 linkage. Mallory billet electronic distributor. Fenton headers. Dual exhaust with Cherry bomb mufflers. Converted to 12V with electric fuel pump and cooling fan. Original style headlight buckets upgraded to halogen bulbs. New wiring with modern harness and fuses. 1939 Ford Transmission 1948 Ford Rear Converted to juice brakes 3" drop axle with reverse eye springs and tube shocks front and rear. Rides good, nothing rubs, no bottoming out. Lever latch style seatbelts added front and rear- fun and safe for the whole family. As of February 2025 - winter service includes all fresh fluids (engine, transmission and rear axle). Not necessarily interested in trades, looking to sell to help fund other projects.
