Technical 1937 Ford front bumper

I am looking for a 1937 Ford coupe front bumper WITHOUT the holes for the bumper bolts. I was back to the 50's this past wknd an saw a few 37's with bumpers like this. Can anyone lead me in the right direction as to where i might be able to get one. Or are all these people filling the holes in, welding in studs then having the bumpers rechromed. Thank you in advance for any info you can give me.
