    Anyone have any experience rebuilding?

It has a 283 with power glide currently. Needs rear diff work. Pressed in hub coming out. Most shops don't think they'll be able to find the parts to fix the diff. Any resources? May consider replacing. Is there a bolt in replacement?

Would appreciate any info on builds and parts location resources.

Is it an International (Dana most likely) or Chebbie Rear end? What "hub" is coming out, the wheel hub or something related to the differential? Our responses are only as good as the information you provide. I have rebuilt a handful of International Dana 44's with the tapered axle shafts and pressed on wheel hubs. Most of the parts are available, but not cheap.
