This looks good...I am doing my '37 Plymouth PT50 right now with an '09 MDS Hemi and drivetrain (I got ripped a new ass on this board for not staying traditional!). I just got mine up on the frame table, so interested to see if we follow the same path.

I do quite a few late hemi swaps, so if you need help on the computer/wiring end, please feel free to email or call.

Im working now on the passenger front fender. It had dents on the front like on the drivers side. So I got those worked out. Im also removing the spare tire section in the fender. So I made a patch panel, and thats ready to tack in place.

Looks great so far! Can't wait to see it completed. I'm sure it will be completed far far sooner than my sedan delivery! :D

I actually stole the fender holder idea from steve's auto restoration. Its been super handy cause instead of juggling the fender around on the bench. I can have it solidly mounted.

I got the patch panel tacked in, and I've started welding it in solid. Nice to no longer have that big hole in the fender.

I got the patch panel completely welded in, and ground down the weld. Now its the process of leveling out all the waves so that the panel is smooth with the rest of the fender.

The other day we got the wheels and tires down to the shop. I got them mocked up on the car. I really like how they look!

I finished up the patch on the passenger side spare tire hole this morning. The patch flowed out really well into the surrounding fender, im super happy with the end result!

Chris, That filler piece on the passenger side front fender is beyond words. It looks like the fender has always been that way. Your work is beyond belief. Keep up the reports on this one.

    Happy New Year !
