The Australian built cars seem to follow a more function over form theme. I think it's in their nature. Either way I think it's cool these variations exist.

  4. Truck Tuesday...I like that! Unfortunately the pictures of my '41 need to be scanned to get on here, but I can connect with two of the posted trucks.
I sold my stock '38 sedan to Jerry Tarvin a few years back, and one of the stainless trim rings on the Harry Canary '39 is on permanent loan from me, so that Dave could get his truck on the road. Don't think he has found one of his own yet! g-willys

Here's a T.J. Richards (of Keswick, South Australia) bodied 1937 five window ute - this one was in WA and belonged to Vince Minnis. He and I traded some parts when I still had my 1940 Holden bodied Willys ute....

Just met Greg from Penn. half way and brought another Willys back to the Cincinnati area. Thanks Greg for the good deal on a nice sedan. It will be looking different soon. I will post some pics in a few weeks. Looking to buy stainless trim, willys headlights, grille, bumpers, and dash trim. Thanks

There is one I saw in it's original condition prior to being hot rodded with a 354 hemi around 2003. It even had it's original "Californian' dash emblem. I still see it from time to time at cruise nights in Escondido CA....
