I have a 1937 unsplit wishbone. I would like to use it, intact, on my '30 Model A coupe. My ride will have a SBC with a 4l60 ****** so I don't know if I will be able to use it unsplit. I will also have a 4" dropped "I" beam axle.
In the event that I can......HOW DO I ATTACH THE WISHBONE BALL?? Is there an attachment bracket available that I can purchase?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated........
    Thanks,
    Mike

That 4" dropped axle will kill the likelyhood of your wishbone being unsplit.

Mike you get 2 cups from an early Ford that normally lock the ball into place. Fords have the upper portion formed in the cross-member.

Bolt them around the ball, then make a bracket to suit your frame.

There is a rubber cover that goes around the ball, severall companies reproduce it, as well as the stamped cups that you need. Sacramento ford and bob drake are two.
