I've run into a problem trying to plate my '42 COE. Upon registration they require the weight of said vehicle. They will agree to the weights given on the internet, but I have little info. as to where I can find these weights. Can anyone help?

go to a public scale with your truck,, and have them give( or buy) a print out.

Any truck stop in the states. ( Don't know bout BC.)

  3. If you can't transport your truck, wing it! I don't think they will take your birthday away if you are wrong. 4732 lbs sounds like a good number, they won't argue.

I bet they want a "official scale do***ent" not just an Opinion..

Take it to a log truck yard, they have scales there, get a piece of paper with a letter head..
    lotta scales in North country.

Since the write up, I've been sent a scanned page from a Ford enthusiast with all the weights of the COE's. Now to present it to the powers that be.
