I would like to mount a Oil Pan Dipstick Boss with a return on my oil pan. I have all the parts, but how do you compress the rivets? <O:p</O:p

I looked to use nuts and bolts as an alternative but none match the diameter of the rivet hole.
I ran a search but didn't see any threads that applied. Any ideas?
    Thanks<O:p</O:p

You sure you wanna rivet it? it always leaks there. I suspect I would weld the screws or the nuts onto the pan and tighten the crap out of it. (with gasket of course)

  3. Drill a hole to the right size.
