nice work, now your gettin some where....:)

  2. We brought my car home last week. All the damage is repaired. I can't thank my friend Randy enough for stepping up and helping me out. It saved me from a dismal failure.
This weekend I got hot on the floors. It was hot as hell in my garage (no shade) I was down to shorts, sneakers and my Italian smoking jacked by noon and was still sweating like a pig. I was well over 90. Worth every drop of sweat. I got the floors and tow boards in and installed the outer rocker on the p***anger side. The trans tunnel is just mocked up for now. I will finish it this week, get the floors primed and the seams sealed.
After that I will get back to finish welding all the patches we did and get ready to pull the body so I can get the ch***is work started. I have a M-II front end waiting to go in.

  5. As much as I want to go to the Milltown show yesterday, we finally had a day that wasn't to friggin hot to work in the garage. My son and I used the engine hoist to get the body pulled. We already have the old front and rear suspension stripped off. I have a Ch***is Engineering M-II front end and one of their real leaf kits up in the rafters waiting to go in. Todd

    It's lookin awesome, Todd.
You did the right thing on that cowl and that in itself will save you a lot of BS down the road and make it such a nicer car!
Great progress, keep it going...yea, I was wondering where you were yesterday.

  7. Kieth,

First off CONGRADULATION!!!!! on your Goodguys selection.
As much as I wanted to go, I needed to take advantage of the "tolerable" temps to get some **** done. They are few and far between. My Job and the heat really screws with my car time. I also promised my 17yo son we would use the garage for his 62 Comet this fall so I need to make ay while the sun shines. Todd
