Hot Rods 1938 Dodge PU Headlight Lens Replacement

Hi

Hope this is the right spot to post this!

I have a 38 Dodge PU with the headlight lens cover from Riteway. It is cracked beyond belief and I have a replacement !

Question:

How the H##L do you do it? I have the chrome trim ring on the headlight pod.
