I cant believe you all brought this build back up. Zephyrs are played out there the next 32 ford Some one needs to do one right. Get some balls and really make a custom out of one that looks good. The Rick Dore one should be cool keep your eyes peeled it's coming soon.

ok... now we need more info on the Rick Dore one.... Perhaps no photos.. as most of his projects are "secret" until he debuts them, but perhaps you can give us some details....

no pics...but all i can say is its a 37 coupe that has been changed everywhere, yet most of the mods are hard to point out...as it should be, tasteful and elegant. best dore car yet! it may debut at sema..so yall will have to wait..

Lazy just about covered it. I can't give it up either. It's cool IMHO at least it's not just another lowered zephyr those are ok but Rick wasn't afraid to do subtle changes to "improve" the car.

Well since Skotty Chops started his zephyr and brought this thread back up from the dead I got a fire under my ***. Also can't let him get done first!
Pulled the car out of storage dropped it off at Blu Collar Customs. My garage away from home!I had already bought the front clip a long time ago just never installed it. So here we go it's time to clip the front!
The front is all stripped down and the rails are getting pinched so the new cross member has something to land on!
The plan is get this car at least on the road so my Hudson can come apart get body worked and painted.
    More to come soon!

Janne is the concept man. You may remember this one Dave. I still have to do this one day but parts are getting harder to come by nowadays. The connection is drying up my man.

Sectioned some tubing down to back up the frame splice welds. Will also do some rosette welds thru to the splice piece. Toby will probably get the crossmember in tomorrow. One little thing at a time.
