Technical 1939-40 Ford/Mercury seat

I hope I placed this in right forum. I got a seat in a deal buying parts for my coupe. The guy told me its from a 1940 Coupe. It flips up to reach through back of seat. It also has a small deck like belongs in a business coupe. It has a part number tag but I couldnt find a cross reference Can anyone help identify it? Wisdom much appreciated.
