1939 Chevy Truck

I found a '39 1/2 ton truck today "Barn Find". It has been sitting for the last 30 years in the same spot. It is all original and all there.The old timer said he would sell it and asked me what I would give him for it. I have no clue what it is worth. With just a little work it could be on the road again. SO the question is "What is it worth?" Any feedback would be helpfull.

It has a title, and other than the paint having some incredible patina, the only dent I could find was in the back of the cab. The drivers side of the front windshield was busted but none of the trim was damaged
