Projects 1939 Dodge rims

J.ust wondering the best route to go in replacing the rims and tires on a 1939 dodge Bros pick up.It has original rims,is it even possible to put modern tires on these old rims?Or is there a replacement bolt on rim that can be purchased? It has duallys on the back
