1939 Ford Deluxe coupe

I have a 1939 Ford deluxe coupe I want to sell. Car is 98% rust free. Car is far from perfect but it’s clean. The rear p***enger fender is the only one with mud in it around the lip. From what I can tell it was hit. Someone coated the floor with something and from underneath there is only one spot as big as a quarter that’s bad. Frame is perfect. I installed a dropped axle and front and rear posie drop springs. Brakes are fully rebuilt. Car can come as a roller or with a 49 Flathead or a 1957 283 with all the adaptors. $19,000 as a roller and up from there.
