1939 Ford Pickup

    Not sure if I am posting in the proper place, but just recently purchased a 1939 Ford Pickup in pieces.and I am trying to identify a couple of pieces, not sure what they are:
    Picture 1 & 2 the center piece. Thanks alot!

    Looks like the wiper motor and arm. Vacuum operated .

    The item just above looks like the fuel fill tube, with breather tube.
